- Firstly, you need to download YouTube video in windows media file or AVI format. If you have video in MP4 or FLV, it will not work because PowerPoint cannot play videos in these formats. You can convert YouTube videos in AVI or Windows media format on websites like clipconverter.cc and many others. Download and save the video after converting.
- Now in PowerPoint toolbar, select Insert > Movie > Movie from file. Now locate and select your downloaded video and add in presentation slide. That’s it!
